Here’s what they found out… “We visited the Commonwealth village where Nigeria, Wales & Trinidad and Tobago are busy preparing for the games! They were very secretive but we managed to gain a little insight into Wednesday’s big event…. Nigeria (Drama team) has a royal visit in store for you on Wednesday with a walk back in time to discover the horribly historic sports when the Commonwealth games began. They are planning lots of surprises to get you and your teachers jumping off your seats! Wales (P.E team) gave us a sneak peek into their activities, get ready for a SPLASH! And go for gold. Trinidad and Tobago (Dance team) are working away at their moves to keep you entertained at the opening ceremony. It’s all looking very exciting and action packed for Wednesday……. Let the games begin.” |
